How Does this Challenge Work?
This is a 12 Week Fitness + Lifestyle Challenge where you’ll get:
Exclusive Daily Movement Challenges & Workouts
Each month you’ll get a fresh set of workouts plus a new, printable calendar with your weekly workout schedules & mini-challenges, and we’ll do at least one workout live together each week! Also remember that you can make this workout calendar work for you! If you want to follow the workouts I provide, great! If you feel like taking a HIIT class or a yoga flow, go for it! The idea is to get fit & have fun doing it!
Weekly Nutrition Trainings
Each week I’ll release a new video where I go over allllll the ‘need to know’ nutrition info to help you be as successful as possible during this challenge and long after! We’ll cover the basics like “What the heck are macros, anyway?” to more advanced stuff like “Intuitive Eating 101” and “Five Habits for Forever Fat Loss!”
Daily Nutrition Mini-Challenges
Each week you’ll have a different nutrition theme to focus on. Things like eating veggies at each meal, and aiming for at least 25g of fiber each day, or drinking ½ your bodyweight in ounces of water. We’ll keep it simple, because simple is effective. Simple just works!
Motivation from me and your Fit Summer Challenge Crew!
You don’t have to do this alone! You’ll have a whole group of women cheering you on and rooting for you all throughout the challenge! And I’ll be right there to coach you, help you course correct, answer your question, and give you a little nudge if you need it!

I’ll be sharing some of my favorite, super easy recipes along with some exclusive NEW summer-inspired recipes that are just so simple! You’ll have new recipe ideas each week including summer cocktail recipes, smoothies, breakfast ideas, snack ideas & more!
