I’m Lauren, your new coach! And while I might be new to you (or even if we go way back!), I’m no stranger to coaching women on how to feel strong and empowered in their body.

I’ve been coaching women for over 10 years on their nutrition and fitness habits, and one thing I know to be 100% true is that you can’t learn how food or exercise affects your body, for better or for worse, through meal plans or diets.

The diet industry is built upon making us feel like failures and keeping us stuck in the dieting cycle, and I think it’s about time that stops.

My goal as your coach is to help you see past calories and “good vs bad” foods, and help you see how food affects the way you look, sure, but also the way you THINK and FEEL. Because the way we think and feel has a direct impact on the results we get or don’t get.

I want to teach you how to eat and exercise for your goals but most importantly how to do it in a way that’s enjoyable and doesn’t leave you saying things like “I’m cutting out carbs” or “I can’t eat that” or “I just need to do another detox.”

Let’s put those days behind you. You’re better than that, and you deserve to love the way you eat and move your body and you deserve to LOVE the way you FEEL about yourself.
