Hi! I‘m Lauren, your Nutrition Revival Coach!
...and believe me when I say I’ve been in your shoes.
I lived in a program-jumping, calorie-counting, habitual emotional eating and body-loathing space for FAR too long.
I would look at a fit woman and immediately think “They must have the secret!” They were confident, looked fit, looked happy, looked like they had it all together. They had everything I wanted (or so I thought). So when they told me all I had to do was buy their supplements or follow their meal plan, I was in!
But all that did was result in spending years spinning my wheels, trying all the diets, exercising like crazy, restricting all the foods I loved then bingeing on them, all because I thought following the latest fad diet, would lead to a better body and a better life.
After years and years of hardcore dieting, the frustration, the anxiety and the stress I felt over food and my body became more than I could handle.
I couldn’t bear the thought of going through another day thinking “What do I eat?! How much should I eat?! Is this healthy?! Will this make me fat?!”
So I decided to make a change. A big one.
I went from strict dieting, restricting and, inevitably, bingeing, to letting myself have any food I wanted, any time I wanted it.
And while it seemed super risky and was super scary, it was the absolute most liberating thing I ever decided to do.
It was through lots of trial and error that I found super simple strategies that led to letting go of the food and body obsession and releasing 20 of the extra pounds I gained in the process of dieting my life away (yes, you read that right. I actually gained weight while trying to diet…it’s more common than you think).
And this is the reason I created the revolutionary 12-week Nutrition Revival program.

…to help you come up with a long-term strategy that works for you. There isn’t one client plan I’ve create that looks like another. You’re an individual and should be treated as such- cuz to be honest, that’s the only way this stuff works for longer than a few weeks. If you don’t like to cook, I’m not going to ask you to spend hours in the kitchen. If you don’t like broccoli, I’m not gonna tell you to eat broccoli. We’ll come up with a nutrition plan that works for you based off of your preferences, schedule, lifestyle and favorite foods.

"I decided to work with Lauren because I was tired of feeling bad about the way that I looked and felt and after trying everything else, I didn't know what else to do. It was either hire Lauren or buy new clothes, which I didn't want to do!
I expected it to be a total upheaval of my and my family's life. My husband especially was supportive but reticent - he has been with me when starting a bunch of different diets that end up negatively affecting him (primarily by forcing him to eat something he doesn't want to eat or make a separate dinner every night). But it didn't end up being like that at all! There were definitely some dinners that have fallen out of rotation - but from the consistent to occasional category. Nothing is off limits with Lauren. In fact, he ended up liking it because I wouldn't devour a bag of chips or cookies before he even got one. “I am pretty knowledgeable on health, fitness and my body. Despite all of this, I struggled to maintain a healthy weight, regularly fluctuating +/- 15 lbs. I was tired of dieting to ‘get back’ to my goal weight/size. Having tried them all (Fat smash, sugar detox, Paleo) I wanted to try something different that would work with my lifestyle.

“I had gained weight and was in a exercising slump. I have struggled with being healthy and spent the majority of my life dieting. I knew I needed something different. Something that would promote a change in how I live my life that would last the rest of my life. When I met Lauren and heard her story I knew this was exactly what I was looking for.
